Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit Procedure

At Pine Dental & Aesthetics, a deposit at a minimum of £30 and up to 50% of the estimated cost of treatment is required at the time of booking to secure an appointment slot.

This deposit will go towards the cost for your visit on the day, or will be carried forward to your next visit if booked in on the day.

For free consultation appointments, a £30 deposit will be taken to secure your appointment and refunded once you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and accommodate other patients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.

Cancellation notices must be provided during our regular business hours.

If you have a scheduled appointment, you will be sent an SMS reminder two days before your appointment. This reminder is a courtesy and does not remove your responsibility for keeping appointments once you have made them.

Failure to Attend Appointments

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the deposit made at the time of booking will be forfeited.

Short Notice Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice the full deposit will be retained to cover administrative and scheduling costs.

Communication

It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests promptly. You can contact us by phone or email to make these arrangements.
