Gentle Dentist Appointments

Regular dental appointments help us to detect oral health problems early. Most issues are painless during the initial stages. Once you start feeling pain, the problem has already progressed and will likely require more invasive treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

During your dental check-up, the dentist will examine the health of your mouth, teeth and gums and advise on any treatment required. Our dentists take many photographs and 3D digital scans of your teeth as well as digital x-rays. This helps in assessment and forms visual aids to discuss your oral care.

Typically, a thorough dental check-up will take between 45 minutes to 60 minutes.

It is advised that you see the dentist every six months for your dental check-up. If you have a history of dental problems you may need to see the dentist more frequently. Your dentist will advise you after each check-up when to book in for your next visit!

If you are nervous seeing the dentist then please feel free to bring this to our attention. We are skilled with dealing with nervous patients and help manage your nerves.
